This mountaintop family retreat was completely remodeled from its dated 1960’s beginnings. In designing, MA Studios was careful not to lose the nostalgia and warmth of this home’s original design and its owners retained the home’s interior mountain-cabin charm. By saving the original fireplace brick and ceiling timber purlins, MA Studios wrapped the home in a contemporary blanket with the use of metal accents, larger window openings and an open living concept. The home is now ready for another generation to enjoy and to be captivated by the commanding views of the Grand County valleys.
